BSU, NTC waive application fees for October

Bemidji State University, Northwest Technical College and other Minnesota State colleges and universities are celebrating college knowledge month by waiving application fees for the month of October.

College Knowledge Month is a statewide effort to encourage students to take the first steps in their higher education journey.

Application fees for qualified low-income students are always waived at all Minnesota state colleges, which include 30 community and technical colleges and seven state universities, serving approximately 375,000 students.

Larissa Donovan is the News Director for the stations of Paul Bunyan Broadcasting and has been, almost without interruption, since Election Day 2016. She covers events and issues in north central Minnesota, which include local government, crime, courts, education, environment and social issues. She studied communications at Bemidji State University and received her degree in 2018.
