A 46-year-old Cass Lake man was arrested for a drive-by shooting one year ago.
Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch says deputies and agents with the BCA arrested the man and formal charges are pending.
Thirty-four-year-old Diego Gasca was gunned down outside a house party in Cass Lake on July 5 last year.
He was pronounced dead at the Cass Lake IHS Hospital.
The suspect was not named in the Sheriff’s release.
