BEMIDJI- Beltrami County Board of Commissioners and the Bemidji City Council are scheduled to meet this upcoming week.
At the city council meeting, they are set to discuss a resolution that will approve the preliminary 2019 Tax Levy Collectible in 2020. They will also be considering quotes for a sanitary sewer project and an alley stormwater improvement project. There will also be a hearing of a public ordinance for the revocation of ordinance number 115, with an amendment to an uncoded section of Bemidji City Code Pertaining to Street Vacation.
The county board of directors is set to discuss the proposed property tax levy, as well as a new position on the pay scale.
Both meetings are set to begin at 6 PM, the city council on Monday, and the county commissioners on Tuesday. Both meetings are open to the public.
