Dalton Man Receives Prison Sentencing

FERGUS FALLS- A Dalton man has been given two-and-half years in prison for trying to kill another man over a drug debt.  The incident happened in downtown Fergus Falls about two years ago. Thirty-seven-year-old Derek Koch pleaded guilty to a reduced charge.  

Koch was accused of hiring another person to collect 700-dollars from a Fergus Falls man at the man’s apartment almost two years ago. He was sentenced in Otter Tail County Court.
