ST. PAUL- The Minnesota Supreme Court will not review lower court rulings related to the proposed Enbridge Line 3 oil pipeline.
The rulings on the pipeline’s route and other issues are a setback for Native American and environmental groups opposing the project.
Winona LaDuke with Honor the Earth said, “at any turn in Enbridge’s path ahead in attempting to do this pipeline, we will challenge them. We will challenge them at every turn.”
Nancy Norr with Jobs for Minnesotans says she’s confident a re-do of the environmental impact statement will not find new or extreme risks of potential spills in the Lake Superior watershed.
