Indigenous artist John Hitchcock, who is currently exhibiting “Bury the Hatchet: Prayer for My P’ah-Be” a multi-sensory exhibit currently on display in the Miikanan Gallery at Watermark Art Center, will hold public demonstrations July 9 & 10.
The first is a 2-color relief print demonstration with hands-on opportunity Friday, July 9 from 10am to 12:30pm in Room 215 Bridgeman Hall on the BSU Campus. There is no fee for this event but space is limited so you must reserve your place by calling Watermark at 218-444-7570.
The second is a silk screening demonstration on July 10 at Watermark. Drop-in between 1 and 3:30. Bring your own t-shirt to be printed or purchase one from Watermark. There is no admission fee for this event.
