During this 3-week series, we will open and expand the space in the heart with dhanurasana (bow pose) and ustrasana (camel pose) to develop flexibility and strength in the spine for our peak pose, urdhva dhanurasana (upward bow pose). Be willing to participate in the asana demos and you might find more comfort, stability, and ease in postures that require confidence and back strength. After the 30-minute asana workshop, enjoy a 60-minute minute flow class with centering, warm-ups, sun salutations, standing poses, back bends, twists, forward folds, warm-down, savasana, pranayama and meditation.
