Disability and Abelism in the Age of COVID-19

Dr. Michelle Nario-Redmond, Professor of Psychology and Biomedical Humanities at Hiram College and author of Ableism: The Causes and Consequences of Disability Prejudice will discuss why it is now more important than ever to understand and appreciate how disability is being experienced in the 21st Century. This lecture will focus on the psychology of ableism, disability culture, and disability collective action.
