Meeting synchronously via Zoom, 3-5 p.m. for six-sessions: June 11, 18, 25, July 9, 16 & 23, 2020. This e-workshop will dive into your personal experience of the tension between other- and self-care, joys you receive when serving others, and hazards that cause depletion. We will discuss all this through the lens of resilience. Workshop content will be delivered through the modality of equine assisted learning (EAL), which is an experiential form of learning involving horses. You will learn content and apply it to your life by reflecting on images and videos of horses.
This workshop is delivered by Eagle Vista Ranch & Wellness Center in collaboration with faculty from BSU’s Department of Psychology. You will participate in a group with other helping professionals.
Workshop Fee: $400.
CEU Certificate: $25.
