Family and friends of Jon Hillukka are holding a benefit today at the Faithbridge Church in Park Rapids, 1505 Park Ave. S.
The event will be held from 4:30-7:00 p.m. with a dinner, silent auction, and carnival.
After suffering a massive seizure in January 2022 and a craniotomy, Jon was diagnosed with an Anaplastic Astrocytoma brain tumor. Due to his illness, Jon lost his CDL license and cannot continue employment. Funds raised in the benefit will be used to pay medical expenses and support Jon’s family that includes his wife Krystal and five children.
