The Bemidji Senior Center is offering Tai Ji Quan Classes every Monday and Friday beginning May 8th though July 21st at 10 am. Monday, May 29th the center will be closed for Memorial Day. These classes will be taught by Jenn Cole of Northwoods Caregivers. All are welcome to these free exercise classes.
