On Friday, Nov. 19 at Watermark Art Center, Author Wendell Affield will release his new book examining his mother’s undiagnosed mental illness. “Barbara, Uncharted Course Through Borderline Personality Disorder” is the culmination of a decade spent researching over one thousand pages of primary source documents and interviewing mental health professionals as Affield learns to understand and appreciate the woman who haunted his childhood. Affield will begin signing books at 6pm with a reading to follow at 7pm.
