FOSSTON– The Fergus Falls man charged with second-degree murder in the death of his brother may have hit him in the head with a landscaping block.

That’s according to the criminal complaint filed against 28-year-old Nicholas Hauge.

Polk County deputies say 19-year-old Timothy Hauge was found with a gash to his head near a curb Sunday morning in Fosston.  Nicholas had blood on his clothes, was uncooperative and said, “just kill me.”

A foot-long landscaping block was recovered nearby.  Hauge remains jailed without bond.
