Starting Tuesday, MnDOT says traffic patterns will change at the Highway 71 and Anne Street construction project.
Phase 3 of Stage 1 will involve closing Anne Street EAST of 71 and WEST of Minnkota will be CLOSED, with traffic detouring to FERN STREET. A temporary stoplight will control that intersection.
