Home lost in Clearwater County fire

A fire completely destroyed an unoccupied home 14 miles south of Bagley just before midnight Sunday.

According to the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office, the Bagley and Shevlin Fire departments arrived on the scene on Stockyard Road to find the home fully engulfed in flames.

The owners of the house, identified by the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office as Allen and Sue Dahl, were not at home at the time.

The blaze also damaged two vehicles parked nearby.

No foul play is suspected and no injuries were reported.

The Bagley Sanford Ambulance and the state Fire Marshal’s Office also responded to the scene.
