A home was moderately damaged on the 5000 block of Theater Ln. early Monday morning.
Bemidji Fire responded just before 7 a.m. and found a single-story home with smoke showing from the exterior.
The fire, believed at this point to be an accident, was quickly extinguished within an hour with 12 firefighters, four pieces of equipment and a thermal imaging camera.
The fire began in the bathroom. No injuries were reported.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office and Bemidji Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
