Here it is. The so-long article for Bemidji Now!

What has long been called my “news baby” in-house here at the stations of Paul Bunyan Broadcasting, I am leaving this site in the hands of others as I embark on the next chapter of my career.

I want to thank all of you for trusting me to provide local news coverage since this site launched publically in Oct. 2019.

And what would a news entity be without the funds to back it up? Thanks to all the news sponsors, both on-air and online, for believing in my product over the years.

I’ll still be in the area, still providing local news, so some things won’t change.

I know many of you will miss the blotter reports, as will I, but I’ll still try to share the gems on my personal Twitter handle! You can click on the little birdie in the “About the Author” segment to find me.

This is Larissa Donovan, logging off, for the last time…

Larissa Donovan was the News Director for the stations of Paul Bunyan Broadcasting and has been, almost without interruption, since Election Day 2016, through July 2023. She covered all the beats in north-central Minnesota, such as local government, crime, education, environment and social issues. She studied communications at Bemidji State University. You can follow along with Larissa's live tweets of meetings and events on Twitter!
