A risk level three sex offender with an extensive record was released to a Bemidji address Monday.
According to the fact sheet from the Bemidji Police Department, 43-year-old Gerald Browneagle is 6’1″, 344 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
Browneagle reportedly has a history of sexual contact with a known girl, an unknown woman and an unknown teenage girl, gaining compliance by coercion and force.
Browneagle is under intensive supervised release as of Monday, on the 600 block of 4th St. NW, and is on supervision for life.
