Masking now optional for patients and visitors at Sanford Bemidji

Sanford Health is adjusting its masking policy for visitors and patients.

Local COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations have remained low for the last three months.

Masks are now optional for patients and visitors without symptoms of COVID-19 in inpatient and outpatient exam rooms unless they are visiting a patient with COVID-19.

Sanford employees will continue to wear masks while caring for patients.
