Bemidji Area Schools has named a new principal for Northern Elementary School.
Current principal Wendy Templin is retiring, and Amy Worden has accepted the position. She’ll begin her new role for the 2022-23 school year.
Worden has experience as an elementary principal from Duluth Public Schools.
She studied at Augsburg College, St. Mary’s University and Hamline University.
Worden’s appointment won’t be final until approved by the Bemidji School Board.
