No arrest yet made in Becker County shooting

A Ponsford man was apparently shot in a June 3 incident in Becker County.

Sheriff Todd Glander said deputies responded to Pine Point and found the 44-year-old victim around 10 p.m.

The victim, identified as Brian Bloom, was transported to St. Mary’s in Detroit Lakes but was later airlifted to a Fargo hospital.

Bloom’s condition is currently unknown.

Sheriff Glander said the incident appears to be isolated and the investigation is ongoing.
