Amy Nelson, owner of Netzer’s Floral, is organizing a virtual prom event for area students.
In an interview, she said that for $35, students will be able to pick up a catered meal, a corsage or boutonniere, and be entered into win door prizes for a virtual event on the video conference app Zoom.
Big Muddy Music DJ Gunner Aas will provide the music and technical support for the “non prom.,” and Minnesota Nice Cafe is also participating by providing the catered meal.
