Ponsford man facing criminal sexual conduct charges

A Ponsford man is facing sexual assault charges after a multi-year investigation.

According to the complaint, 31-year-old Joshua Miller is accused of assaulting two underage female relatives in Hubbard County.

A 15-year-old victim said Miller assaulted her one night in October 2020, and a 12-year-old victim said Miller assaulted her multiple times over an 8-month period in the same year.

Miller has a pending criminal sexual conduct case in Clay County from October 2020.

Miller was arrested last week. Miller had an active warrant for over a year for missing a court appearance.

Miller will make his next court appearance on June 6. Miller is facing first-

and third-degree criminal sexual conduct charges and unconditional bail was set at $800,000.
