Ponsford woman killed in crash

The Becker County Sheriff’s Office reports that a 33-year-old Ponsford woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash.

According to a release, the crash was Saturday a little after 7:30 a.m.

Emergency personnel responded to a one-vehicle rollover west of Bruce Blvd. on County Road 143.

Rescue efforts were unsuccessful and Tammara Eischens was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.

The White Earth Fire Department, Ogema Fire Department, White Earth Ambulance, White Earth Conservation, White Earth Police Department, MN State Patrol, US Fish and Wildlife SErvice, Detroit Lakes Fire-Rescue One, MN DNR, Sanford Aircare, and Essentia-St. Mary’s EMS assisted with the crash.
