A Red Lake man entered a guilty plea for possessing child pornography.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 43-year-old Bobby Donnell, Sr., appeared before U.S. District Judge Wilhelmina Wright Thursday.
Donnell was arrested in March 2020 for an open warrant.
After taking him into custody, images depicting child sexual abuse involving children under the age of 12 were found on his cell phone.
The FBI Headwaters Safe Trails Task Force, the Red Lake Tribal Police Department, and the Minnesota BCA conducted the investigation.
A sentencing date has not yet been announced.
