Seven Beltrami County students get diplomas from Minnesota Connections Academy

More than 400 students recently received their high school diplomas from the Minnesota Connections Academy.

This tuition-free online public school recently celebrated at an in-person commencement June 10 in Minneapolis, with seven Beltrami County students also receiving their diplomas.

Bemidji’s Sarah Baker, McKenzie Gould, Trinity Kilde, and Lucy Olson; Puposky’s Olivia Sundvall; Shania Kampa of Hines and McKenzie Tenney of Wilton were among the academy’s graduating class.

According to a release, most of the Academy’s graduates plan to attend two or four-year colleges or universities.
