Three injured in Hubbard County crash

The Minnesota State Patrol reports that three were injured in a Hubbard County crash Thursday afternoon.

According to the report, a Toyota RAV 4, driven by 34-year-old Brandi Wattenhofer of Backus, collided with a Chevy Silverado at the intersection of County Road 33 and Highway 34 in Nevis Township.

The Silverado driver, 28-year-old Cody Timmons of Hackensack, was treated for non-life threatening injuries on the scene, and his passenger, 68-year-old Debra Rateike of Hackensack, was transported to St. Joseph’s for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Wattenhofer was also treated on scene for minor injuries.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash, and all were wearing their seat belts.

The Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office, North Ambulance, Nevis Fire Department and MnDOT assisted at the scene.
