Three injured in Mahnomen crash

Three were injured in a crash in Mahnomen Wednesday afternoon.

According to the report from the Minnesota State Patrol, a Dodge pickup was eastbound crossing Highway 59 on Jefferson Avenue, and struck a northbound sedan on 59.

Two of the Dodge’s passengers were injured. 92-year-old Homer Reese of Fosston was transported to Mahnomen Health, and 88-year-old Noella Reese was airlifted to Fargo.

The sedan driver, 77-year-old Ronald Voltz of Mahnomen, was transported to Mahnomen Health.

All three injuries were described as non-life threatening.

The White Earth Police Department and Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
