Reconstruction on Birchmont Beach Road NE will begins today.
The project will span from the Lake Bemidji State Park Entrance to Parkers Lake Road.
The project will continue until mid-summer of 2023.
The road will be closed to through traffic, and everyone will be required to use a detour or find an alternative route.
As always, the Beltrami County Highway Department urges motorists to use caution when traveling in and around all work zones.
