New ways of doing things was the theme of 2020. We saw schools, businesses, and organizations do things differently to meet the challenges of Covid-19. And The 32nd Annual Radiothon To Prevent Child Abuse was no different.
Several things were different this year, but the important things weren’t. We dedicated a day of broadcasting to focus on the efforts and, more importantly, the people who are working tirelessly to end child abuse. We asked you to remember and help children in abusive situations. And, once again, YOU came through. Even in a year where many people have had to make serious budget and lifestyle adjustments, you still opened your hearts and we raised $23,573.30.
We want to thank the people who work tirelessly to make to help children and families, the people who stepped up and helped us during the Radiothon (even though the help required distancing) and the many people who donated one way or another to the Radiothon and worked tirelessly to make the Radiothon happen. But most of all, we thank YOU, North Country. Your big hearts and generosity is very much appreciated.
