The criminal complaint states that the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force conducted the investigation, and the Task Force believes that Guinn and 31-year-old Isaiah Johnson of Bemidji were involved with heroin distribution and trafficking in the Bemidji and Cass Lake areas.

In their hotel room, agents allegedly found 84 grams of black tar heroin, as well as cash, drug paraphernalia and a money transfer receipt in June.

Guinn will make her next court appearance for a pre-trial later this month, and Johnson has not yet entered a plea.

Johnson has been in custody since June, with unconditional bail standing at $175,000.
