On the latest Chatabout, Alyssa Peterson, Family Health Breastfeeding Coordinator and Allie Rude, Sanford Health Lactation Consultant, joined the show to talk about “The Baby Cafe”, a support group for breast feeding moms that meets every Monday at Noon. They also discussed the benefits and challenges of breastfeeding and other resources available to families.
