– In her exhibit “Thirteen: Noncomformity”, Blessing journeys through the developmental consequences of patriarch and systematic oppression while addressing intersectionality, gender and diversity. As a part of the closing reception, her talk will cover her inspiration for the exhibit, as well as technique and use of color.
There is no charge for this event. The closing reception for “Thirteen: Nonconformity” is slated for 2 – 4pm on Saturday March 26 with the artist talk to begin at 3pm. Watermark galleries are free and open to the public Monday – Saturday from 10 to 5pm and located at 505 Bemidji Avenue N. in Bemidji, Minnesota.
