Sanford Health invites community members to register for the Sanford SPORTS Runner’s Clinic Saturday, May 13 at the Sanford POWER Center, 3000 Division St. W, Bemidji, Minn. 56601.
Whether a new or experienced runner or recovering from an injury, the clinic offers a team approach and technology to help anyone enjoy running to the fullest, while staying strong and healthy. Attendees will learn how you can maximize your efficiency to improve their ability to run farther and faster, through both lecture and breakout section. The clinic will be instructed by Briana Isakson – Sanford Health Senior Physical Therapist, Cam Boen – Sanford Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Anna Iburg – Sanford Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
