Hydrant flushing begins today

Crews with the city of Bemidji will begin flushing water mains this morning and continue until about the end of May. Waskish project starts May 4

Road construction will begin on Highway 72 north of Waskish next week. Bemidji Gift Certificate Program

The Bemidji Alliance, a collaboration between Visit Bemidji, Bemidji Downtown Alliance, Greater Bemidji and the Bemidji Area Chamber of Commerce, have created the Gifts of Hope Fund. No injuries in shop fire

Firefighters responded to a scene just over the Hubbard County line Saturday night. According to Bemidji Fire Chief David Hoefer, no injuries were reported at a shop fire that appeared to have started accidentally. Hoefer estimates the blaze caused about $325,000 in damage.
